The folks taking care of the breakfast area were very, very nice, and the breakfast actually was worthwhile, as opposed to just cereal, waffles (in other words, junk carbohydrate) and bad yogurt. Coffee was a little suspect--nothing but unhealthy flavored creamers-- but it got the job done.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They helped me sort out a reservation mistake and fixed it right away. Shared good places to eat and fun things to do. The breakfast was great and very clean as well.

The best part is that this hotel was VERY dog friendly! There is no pet fee whereas all the other hotels in scottsbluff had a per pet per night fee. Smart!! The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and my husband, dogs and I slept so well! It was super clean and the breakfast was really good with many options.

The front desk staff was really kind and helpful upon checking in. The beds were super comfortable! A great value. This isn’t a 5 star property but is an amazing value for the price.

I check out and I forgot my child's tablet. I phoned Quality Inn and they had the tablet at the front desk. Since, I had left and was not close enough to to go back. They mailed my child's tablet. Excellent customer service and honest staff.

The property was at a convenient location, was clean, room was adequate, beds/pillows were comfortable, hot breakfast was good and adequate, all the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

good location close to restaurants and shopping. we traveled with our dogs for a dog show and enjoyed the dog friendly atmosphere. plenty of areas to walk the dogs and they even provided bags for clean up.

It was clean, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good. The pool was a nice plus!
